The Brief
Velvet Pines is a small coastal hotel and restaurant that needed a fresh suite of printed collateral. The existing materials had become tired, and the venue needed designs that better reflected its relaxed, beachy character while improving the day-to-day experience for guests and diners.

The Approach
With the brand guidelines already locked in, the focus was about layout, hierarchy, and readability. The existing typography and colour palette were maintained throughout, but the layouts were restructured to improve navigation and readability.

The Outcome
I designed each piece to feel like part of the same family while serving very different purposes. Each editorial piece needed to have clear categories and be easily scannable, without feeling like a manual. With careful sizing and spacing for readability, the materials create a consistent brand experience throughout.
